Foley Hoag Concludes Participation in 2019 'All in for Advancement' Initiative to Promote Workplace Diversity and Inclusion

February 5, 2020

As announced in February 2019, Foley Hoag was selected to participate in the inaugural All in for Advancement – a yearlong initiative aimed at improving gender equity led by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and Babson College. Foley Hoag was the only law firm selected to participate in the program, which consisted of 10 companies.

Through the All In for Advancement program, which recently concluded, Foley Hoag developed an internal pilot effort to promote women’s retention, inclusion and advancement at the firm, which it will continue to implement and scale over time.

Foley Hoag participants included Co-Managing Partner Kenneth Leonetti, partners Mark Barnett and Kristyn DeFilipp, and senior career development manager Kimberly Curry.

“Foley Hoag was honored to participate in the All in for Advancement initiative,” said Leonetti. “We thank the Chamber and Babson for putting together a program that addresses such an important societal issue and we look forward to implementing our plan using the tools that we developed from our participation.”
