- Mark Finsterwald. (Boston) Finsterwald represents corporations and individuals in complex commercial disputes focusing on contracts, closely-held companies, real estate and employment law. He also represents sovereign governments in actions concerning foreign sovereign immunity. Finsterwald has extensive experience practicing in both state and federal courts. Additionally, he has advised individuals in criminal and administrative investigations by the Department of Justice and other agencies on the topics of antitrust and anti-money laundering.
- Zachary Gerson. (Boston) As a member of the firm’s Energy & Cleantech practice group, Gerson advises clients in connection with the development, permitting, acquisition, financing, and operation of renewable and conventional energy projects. He regularly represents clients before administrative bodies, including public utility commissions, in litigation in state and federal courts, and in matters related to the development of clean energy policies. Over the past decade, he has been at the forefront in advising clients on Massachusetts’ groundbreaking clean energy policies for offshore wind, solar and energy storage. Gerson also represents clients in high-stakes environmental litigation.
- Diana Tsutieva. (Washington, D.C.) Tsutieva is a member of the firm’s International Arbitration & Litigation practice. She has over a decade of experience representing clients in high-value disputes in international investment arbitration and international commercial arbitration, including before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, International Chamber of Commerce, and in UNCITRAL ad hoc arbitrations. Tsutieva is dual-qualified in common law and civil law, admitted to practice in several jurisdictions in the United States and in Paris, France. She currently serves as a co-chair of the Dispute Resolution Interest Group of the American Society of International Law and co-chair of the Eurasia/Russia Committee of the ABA Section of International Law.
