Foley Hoag LLP represented The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in the sale of its SOURCE AI technology to DataRobot, and the closing of a strategic partnership between the two companies. The partnership is unique in that it combines proprietary intellectual property with leading consulting services to provide the human expertise and technical know-how needed to deliver optimal, continuous value from artificial intelligence (AI).
SOURCE AI was founded to help data scientists write code in unrestricted ways and to allow organizations to build industrial-grade AI solutions.
