Ellie Kang has joined Foley Hoag LLP as counsel in the Business Department, where she will focus her practice on all aspects of executive compensation and employee benefit matters arising in mergers and acquisitions, representing private equity investors, public and private companies, and financial institutions, both as buyers and sellers. Kang also advises clients on all ERISA and employee benefit matters; executive compensation disclosure matters; 409A and 457A non-qualified deferred compensation compliance; and retirement and welfare benefit plan design and compliance.
