Foley Hoag Forms Coronavirus (COVID-19) Task Force

Foley Hoag LLP has formed a firm-wide, multi-disciplinary task force dedicated to client matters related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). In the rapidly changing global health environment, Foley Hoag will provide clients with the resources required to develop and implement legal and operational policies and procedures, as well as business strategies during the outbreak and beyond.

The group is comprised of attorneys with deep practice specialties and industry insights and is led by partner and co-chair of the healthcare practice and chair of the privacy & data security practice Colin Zick and labor and employment counsel Christopher Feudo. “COVID-19 stands to be one of the most impactful uncertainties on business in 2020,” said Mr. Zick. “We are committed to providing our clients with the tools they need to ensure business continuity and to assist with risk management amid this rapidly evolving crisis.”

The Foley Hoag COVID-19 task force includes attorneys with practices handling labor and employment, HIPAA and other federal and state privacy and data security laws, immigration, healthcare, FDA, public company compliance, business counseling, debt, tax, bankruptcy, contract dispute litigation and insurance recovery matters.
