Counsel Diana Tsutieva Appointed Vice-Chair, Projects of ABA Section International Law's International Arbitration Committee

Foley Hoag LLP counsel Diana Tsutieva has been appointed Vice-Chair, Projects of the ABA Section of International Law’s International Arbitration Committee for 2020-2021.
The International Arbitration Committee of the ABA Section of International Law works to promote and improve both the substance and the procedure of international arbitration as a means of resolving cross-border commercial and treaty-related disputes, through programs, publications, dialogue, the development of policy, and other initiatives. Members are chosen to serve as Vice Chair, as a result of the leadership skills they demonstrate, and confidence in their ability to contribute to the leadership of the committee.
As a member of Foley Hoag's International Litigation & Arbitration Department, Tsutieva focuses her practice on international investment arbitration, public international law matters and international commercial arbitration. She also has particular experience representing States, State-owned and private entities and individuals in international disputes.
