Foley Hoag Attorney Christina Hioureas to Participate in Webinar on Recent Developments in the Protection of Cultural Heritage

Foley Hoag LLP partner Christina Hioureas will serve as moderator for the webinar, “Recent Developments in the Protection of Cultural Heritage,” on February 18, 2021.
The panel will shed light on recent events that have contributed to endangering cultural property, and will analyze the challenges faced in safeguarding World Heritage Sites. Topics to be discussed include: how States, international organizations and civil society can work together to protecting cultural heritage.
Hioureas is chair of the firm’s United Nations practice group and a partner in the firm's International Litigation & Arbitration practice. She represents States, private and State-owned entities, and individuals on international disputes and public international law matters and advises States on matters before the United Nations and its bodies. Hioureas also serves as arbitrator in international commercial disputes.
