Foley Hoag Counsel Christina Beharry Appointed to BVI International Arbitration Centre Panel of Arbitrators

Foley Hoag LLP counsel Christina Beharry has been appointed to the BVI International Arbitration Centre’s (BVI IAC) Panel of Arbitrators. BVI IAC is an independent not-for-profit institution established to meet the demands of the international business community for a neutral, impartial, efficient and reliable dispute resolution institution in the Caribbean, Latin America and beyond.
As a member of the Panel, Beharry joins the roster of highly regarded international arbitrators and other dispute resolution practitioners from common law and civil law jurisdictions, who will be able to conduct arbitrations in a number of languages including English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, French, German and Italian.
Beharry’s practice at Foley Hoag focuses on international dispute resolution. She has public and private sector experience in international arbitration proceedings and is particularly well-known for her expertise in damages, a subject upon which she frequently publishes and speaks.
