Foley Hoag Announces Promotions to Counsel

Foley Hoag LLP has announced that associates Anne-Fleur Dory, Nicole Kinsley and Pauline Leddet-Troadec have been promoted to counsel effective January 1, 2021.
These attorneys strengthen many of Foley Hoag’s notable practices, including international litigation and arbitration; trademark and intellectual property; and environmental compliance and litigation.

- Anne-Fleur Dory. Dory is resident in the firm’s Paris office. She concentrates on investment arbitration and the representation of sovereign States in disputes arising from the enforcement of arbitration awards, and has experience in civil and commercial litigation and pre-litigation matters.
- Nicole Kinsley. Kinsley is resident in the firm’s Boston office and focuses on trademark, copyright and false advertising matters. Her practice includes litigation, pre-litigation counseling, and development and maintenance of worldwide trademark portfolios.
- Pauline Leddet-Troadec. Leddet-Troadec is resident in the firm’s Paris office, and works on both litigation and advisory matters involving environmental regulations, with a focus on industrial environmental law including classified facilities, waste management, technological risk prevention plans and contaminated sites and soils.
