Foley Hoag, Four Partners Recognized by Managing Intellectual Property Magazine

May 11, 2021

Four members of Foley Hoag LLP's Intellectual Property group have been honored by Managing Intellectual Property magazine, which recognizes the world's leading IP and patent firms and practitioners. The firm itself was ranked as "Recommended" in the Trademark category for Massachusetts.

Partners Barbara Fiacco and Donald Ware have each been named 2021 IP Stars for Massachusetts; partner Jeffrey I.D. Lewis has been named a 2021 IP Star for New York; and partner Dana Gordon has been named a 2021 Patent Star for Massachusetts and U.S. (National).

The annual IP Stars and Patents Stars lists are comprised of the most distinguished IP and patent attorneys and firms considered to be the best in their field in their respective jurisdictions. Research is conducted by Managing Intellectual Property magazine, which bases rankings on recommendations from attorney peers and clients.

In addition, Fiacco was included in Managing Intellectual Property magazine's 2020 edition of its list of the Top 250 Women in IP, a definitive guide to leading female intellectual property attorneys. The Top 250 Women in IP list recognizes female IP practitioners in private practice worldwide who have performed exceptionally for their clients and firms in the past year.
