Foley Hoag Attorney Sudhanshu Roy to Speak on Arbitration at Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration

Foley Hoag international associate Sudhanshu Roy will be a featured speaker in a “Lifeline of An Arbitration” webinar hosted by the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration. The webinar will take place virtually on November 26, 2021.

Roy will speak in a session about “Commencement of an Arbitration” focusing on key procedural steps involved in initiating an investor-state proceeding under the ICSID and UNCITRAL Rules.

At Foley Hoag, Roy is a member of the International Litigation and Arbitration practice where he focuses on investor-state arbitrations, especially in cases involving the representation of sovereign clients before arbitration panels administered under the ICSID and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
