Foley Hoag Hosts Round-table on Interested Third Party Mechanism

May 31, 2019

Foley Hoag Paris, represented by Carine Le Roy-Gleizes and Pauline Leddet-Troadec, hosted a round-table on May 13th regarding the interested third party (tiers demandeur) mechanism. This system, set up in 2015 in application of the ALUR law, allows an industrial company to transfer to a third party its administrative obligations relating to the clean-up of its former classified installations. With guest speaker Sandrine Hostyn from ENGIE, participants were able to share feedback and practical advice on the recent system.
