Mehack Ali

New York

I work with innovative companies throughout their lifecycle, from formation to exit and everything in between.

Mehack Ali’s practice focuses on advising public and private companies on a wide range of corporate matters, including formation, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Foley Hoag, Mehack was an asset management associate with a focus on private equity for a large international law firm, where she advised clients in the formation, structuring and management of buy-out funds, venture funds, credit funds, social impact funds, real estate funds and other investment vehicles.
