Scott Bloomberg is an associate in Foley Hoag’s Administrative Law Department. He brings a wealth of legal research and writing experience to the firm, having spent three years clerking for federal judges at the trial and appellate levels. Scott also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas School of Law, teaching a seminar on campaign finance law.
