Scott Bloomberg is an associate in the firm’s Administrative Law Department, where he maintains a diverse practice that includes counseling clients on data privacy and security matters, state cannabis regulatory compliance, and land-use law. Scott is also an active member of the firm’s pro-bono program and has focused on immigration matters.

Prior to joining Foley Hoag, Scott clerked for federal judges at the trial and appellate levels. He also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas School of Law, teaching a seminar on campaign finance law.
