Francisco Cabrera is a member of the firm's Trademark, Copyright & Unfair Competition Practice. His practice focuses on trademark, copyright, false advertising and domain name matters, and includes litigation, domain name disputes, and trademark selection, clearance, prosecution and enforcement.
Francisco has experience assisting clients in disputes, from investigations and demand letters onwards, in areas including trademark, copyright, and commercial disparagement. He has experience in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the USPTO’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and UDRP disputes before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Center.
Francisco has also advised clients in the film and entertainment industry on a wide range of matters such as tax credits for film productions, labor contracts, creative content licenses, work-for-hire contracts, and more.
