I work closely with life sciences companies to facilitate their research and development goals.

Anna Cardoso advises public and private companies on a wide range of corporate matters across their life cycle. She has a broad range of experience in licensing and strategic alliances, including drafting and negotiating licenses, material transfer and collaborative research agreements for clients in the healthcare and life sciences industries. Anna also assists in private financings for clients along a broad range of industries. 
 

Outside of her practice, Anna maintains an active role in the diversity and recruiting efforts of Foley Hoag. She is a member of the Womxn of Color, PRISM and L'Asociacion Latina affinity groups, and also serves as a Foley Hoag REACH mentor to law students.
