Ellen Cheong is an associate in Foley Hoag’s Intellectual Property Department. Her practice focuses on representing clients in patent litigation matters, including Hatch-Waxman litigation, patent infringement and inventorship disputes. Ellen has worked with clients in both the life science and technology industries. She also has experience representing clients before the United States Patent and Trademark office in post-grant proceedings.
