Taylor R. Davis is an associate in Foley Hoag’s Intellectual Property Department. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and counseling and other technology-related commercial disputes. He has assisted clients in the life sciences industry, including pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Taylor has worked on teams representing clients in patent litigation and has also worked on matters related to trademark and copyright infringement litigation. Related experience includes representing clients in antitrust matters.
