  • Represented Ascend Wellness Holdings, Inc., a leading multi-state, vertically integrated cannabis operator, in closing on a $210 million Senior Secured Term Loan with Seaport Global Securities LLC as lead manager
  • Represented Pear Therapeutics, Inc., a pioneer of prescription digital therapeutics, in closing a $50,000,000 secured loan transaction with Perceptive Advisors
  • Represented OwnerIQ, a provider of online advertising services and marketing channels for brands, retailers and manufacturers, in its acquisition by Inmar (a portfolio company of OMERS Private Equity) 
  • Represented credit fund lenders in a $360 million bridge financing for the acquisition of four energy projects by a private equity fund
  • Represented a private equity sponsor in a $435 million first-lien, second-lien financing for the acquisition of an agricultural products company
  • Represented a pharmaceutical company in connection with a $150 million royalty notes financing
  • Represented a debt origination fund in a securitized underwritten notes offering secured by a portfolio of health care loans
