Rebecca Dufur is an associate in Foley Hoag’s Business Department. Her practice focuses on life sciences licensing and other strategic alliances. Rebecca has extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating confidentiality, material transfer, licenses, supply and manufacturing, clinical trial, research collaboration, services, quality and development agreements.

Prior to joining Foley Hoag, Rebecca was an in-house counsel at GE Healthcare, providing legal advice on R&D and commercial transactions. She also spent years working on a high volume of research agreements for several Boston-area hospitals including Boston Medical Center and Partners HealthCare (Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham & Women’s Hospital and McLean Hospital).
