I enjoy guiding clients through all stages of their business development and help them accomplish their strategic goals.

Tanisha Edwards focuses on advising public and private companies on a wide range of corporate matters including formation, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance matters.

Tanisha is an active member of the firm’s Business Department, working with clients in the clean energy, climate, sustainability and technology sectors on innovative technologies and business approaches to solving energy and sustainability challenges. Tanisha works with sponsors, investors, and developers on all aspects of renewable energy project development, tax equity, sponsor equity and debt financings, acquisitions, tax credits and state incentives.

Tanisha serves as co-chair of the firm’s Black Attorneys Collective (BLAC).

Prior to joining Foley Hoag, Tanisha worked an associate at an international law firm.
