• Telefonica S.A. v. Republic of Peru (ICSID Case No. ARB/21/10). Investor-state dispute concerning an alleged expropriation of an investment in the telecommunication sector. 
• Represents a Peruvian state owned company in a dispute concerning the termination of an oil & gas concession. 
• Represents the Municipality of Lima in two road concession disputes under UNCITRAL rules of arbitration. 
• Fund for the Protection of Investors’ Rights in Foreign States v. Lithuania.  UNCITRAL investor-state dispute concerning an alleged expropriation of a bank. 
• Represented an Argentinean public agency in an international commercial arbitration regarding the breach of an aviation contract. 
• YPF S.A. (Argentina) v. AES Uruguaiana Empreendimeintos S.A. (Brasil), Companhia de Gas Do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul (Brasil) y Transportadora de Gas del Mercosur S.A. (Argentina). ICC case regarding the termination of a long-term contract for the supply of gas.
