  • Telefonica S.A. v. Republic of Peru (ICSID Case No. ARB/21/10). Represents the Republic of Peru in an Investor-state dispute concerning an alleged expropriation of an investment in the telecommunication sector. 
  • Represents a Peruvian state-owned company in an ICC international arbitration proceeding concerning the termination of a long-term oil & gas license.
  • Represents the Municipality of Lima in two road concession disputes under UNCITRAL rules of arbitration.
  • Represents the Dominican Republic in an international arbitration proceeding brough by an investor in connection with a waste management concession.
  • Fund for the Protection of Investors’ Rights in Foreign States v. Lithuania.  Represented Lithuania in an investor-state dispute concerning the alleged expropriation of a bank.
