Representative Experience

  • Core member of trial team that secured a complete defense verdict on behalf of a Major League Baseball team in first foul ball injury jury trial in Massachusetts. 
  • Served as lead pro bono trial counsel for Venezuelan client seeking political asylum and successfully obtained asylum for client and his family.
  • Lead defense counsel in Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) consumer lawsuits in state and federal courts throughout New England in which she advised client on strategy and efficiently resolved cases through motions to dismiss and effective settlement negotiation.
  • Successfully negotiated resolution of stolen product & trademark infringement litigation with pro se defendants following witness interviews and extensive fact investigation.
  • Represented pharmaceutical company in putative class action alleging that the company engaged in anticompetitive conduct resulting in higher prices for direct purchasers of insulin products.
