Diem Ho is an international associate in Foley Hoag’s International Litigation & Arbitration Department. She focuses her practice on advising and representing sovereign States on matters of public international law and international investment law.
Prior to joining the firm, Diem worked for four years at the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), focusing on theoretical aspects of more than 17 cases administered by the PCA, including interstate and investment disputes relating to land and maritime boundaries, law of the sea, natural resources, infrastructure, construction and confiscation of real estate and assets. She was a research assistant to Dr. Michael Waibel at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law on matters of public international law and international investment law. She previously worked with a leading international law firm and interned at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam.
Diem obtained her LLB from King’s College London and her LLM in International Law, with distinction, from University College London.
