Peter “Chip” Korn is a partner in Foley Hoag’s Business Department and Co-Chair of the Technology Practice Group. Chip focuses his practice on venture capital and private equity matters, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling for emerging growth companies.
Chip has considerable experience representing emerging technology companies across a range of sectors relating to securities transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances. He regularly advises venture capital funds on their organizational structure, the issuance of their securities and investments in their portfolio companies. Chip also works actively with emerging growth and other technology companies, as well as with entrepreneurs behind them, at all stages of a company's growth process, from incorporation through exit strategies.
