Xinyu (Annie) Li is an associate in Foley Hoag’s Business Department.   • Advised clinical staged pharmaceutical company on the clinical trial agreements and informed consent forms to facilitate company’s clinical trials around the world

  • Represented both companies and investors in venture financing transactions.
