As an associate at Foley Hoag, Meagen Monahan litigates complex Intellectual Property disputes including inventorship and patent infringement claims. She also counsels clients in trademark prosecution matters. Meagen has a robust, committed pro bono practice, assisting survivors of sexual and domestic violence by obtaining restraining orders or helping survivors maintain the privacy of their privileged medical and counseling records.
