Catherine Muyl is a partner in Foley Hoag’s Intellectual Property Department, resident in the Paris office. She has practiced intellectual property law for more than 20 years, focusing on litigation with regards to patent, trademark, copyright, registered designs and models, software and related rights (including databases).
Catherine has provided representation involving infringement cases, cancellation actions and actions for the transfer of ownership of patents. Her practice also includes trademark prosecution, domain name disputes (including UDRP procedures) and procedures before the French and European Union Offices.
