Chris Natkanski is a partner at Foley Hoag, and a member of the firm's Licensing Practice. Chris advises a broad range of clients, including those in high tech, investment management, consumer products and life sciences industries, in intellectual property and corporate matters. His practice focuses primarily on technology, commercial and operational transactions and agreements, including licenses, joint ventures, collaborations and alliances as well as research, development, technology transfer, data access, distribution, marketing, supply, manufacture, service and outsourcing relationships. Chris also advises clients regarding the creation, management and commercialization of technology and intellectual property assets, and provides IP-related support in the context of company formations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as day-to-day commercial inquiries.
