Chasse Osborn maintains a broad tax practice, advising clients on domestic and cross-border business transactions across a variety of industries. He regularly advises partnerships, LLCs, C corporations, S corporations and individuals on tax considerations relating to domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, financings and other business transactions, representing both public and private companies. 
 

He also has significant experience advising technology and life sciences companies tax considerations involved with joint ventures, licensing and other intellectual property transactions. 

Chasse also represents developers, syndicators and investors in transactions using federal and state tax credits and incentives, including renewable energy, low-income housing, historic and new markets tax credits.
