Iulia Padeanu Mellon is an associate in Foley Hoag's Washington D.C. office and a member of the International Litigation and Arbitration Department. Iulia exclusively represents sovereign States on various matters of international law before the world’s leading dispute resolution institutions, including the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR), where she previously clerked, and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
