Iulia Padeanu Mellon is an associate in Foley Hoag's Washington D.C. office and a member of the International Litigation and Arbitration Department. Prior to joining Foley Hoag, Iulia served as a law clerk at the European Court of Human Rights and as an international arbitration associate at a large international law firm in Washington D.C., where her practice focused on investor-state and commercial arbitration.
