For more than a decade, Sameer Pai has been working at the confluence of law and technology – helping clients, large and small, protect, manage, and monetize their innovations. Sameer works on a range of intellectual property (IP) matters, primarily focusing on domestic and international patent preparation and prosecution in the electrical, software, and business arts. Sameer’s practice also includes counseling clients during post-grant patent proceedings, IP transactions, and providing patent litigation support.

Sameer practices in a wide range of technical areas such as wireless and wired communications, semiconductors, digital and analog electronics, computers and computer systems, software, e‑commerce, and medical devices. In addition to his technical experience, Sameer brings a strategic business perspective to help his clients achieve their goals.
