Gregory Passa is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Department. With degrees in Chemical Engineering, his practice involves a variety of patent disputes in a wide range of technologies including the chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnological fields.
Gregory is actively involved in the Patent Pro Bono Program at Foley Hoag, and provides free patent prosecution services to a number of under-resourced independent inventors.
Prior to and during law school, Gregory served as a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where he examined patent applications for a range of chemical technologies.
