Jason Perry has over 15 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, both within firms and serving in-house. He has extensive background in board and shareholder relations. Prior to joining Foley Hoag, he guided a Boston-based financial institution through a corporate reorganization, regulatory compliance overhaul and a $35 million capital raise. Jason assists in all phases of corporate transactions from initial due diligence through post-closing as well as assisting in the formation and ongoing maintenance of corporate entities, UCC filings and searches and blue sky securities matters. He has in-depth practical knowledge of corporate statutes in Delaware, Massachusetts, New York, California and Florida.
