Alyssa Pratt concentrates her practice in the areas of tax planning, tax advocacy, and fund formation. Alyssa represents a wide range of clients on domestic and international matters including corporations, private investment funds, hedge funds, and limited liability companies. Alyssa also regularly represents clients in IRS audits and in obtaining tax rulings from federal and state tax authorities.
