  • Represented Ascend Wellness Holdings, a multi-state, vertically integrated cannabis operator, in the acquisition of Greenleaf Compassion Center, a New Jersey vertically integrated cannabis company
  • Advised global cannabis operator Columbia Care Inc. (NEO: CCHW) (OTCQX: CCHWF) (FSE: 3LP) in its pending acquisition of The Green Solution (“TGS”), the largest vertically integrated cannabis operator in Colorado, through a transaction initially valued at approximately $140 million  
  • Represented digital financial company BlockFi, Inc. in closing its $37M Series B financing 
  • Represents numerous early stage companies in seed stage and venture financing transactions, including BlockFi, Pear Therapeutics, InsightSquared, MiniLuxe, American Aerogel Corporation, Senti Biosciences and Glympse Bio
  • Represents numerous venture capital firms, including Accomplice, Cue Ball Capital, Safeguard Scientifics and Flagship Pioneering, in their portfolio investment activities
  • Represented LevelUp, a leader in mobile diner engagement and payment solutions for restaurants, in its $390M sale to online and mobile food-ordering and delivery marketplace Grubhub Inc.
  • Represented mobile-focused voting and citizen engagement platform Voatz in its $7 million Series A financing
  • Represented global cybersecurity leader RSA in its acquisition of Fortscale
  • Represented Orig3n in its acquisition of Interleukin Genetics
  • Represented L2, Inc. in its acquisition by Gartner, Inc.
  • Represented Thermo Fisher Scientific in its acquisition of MTI-GlobalStem
  • Represented CloudLock in its acquisition by Cisco
