Representative Experience

  • Represented Alloy Therapeutics as an investor in $21 million Series A Preferred Stock Financing of Vernal Biosciences, a manufacturer of high purity mRNA for research and clinical use
  • Assisted biotechnology ecosystem company Alloy Therapeutics, Inc. with the formation of Broadwing Bio LLC, a joint venture with Maze Therapeutics, Inc., to develop targeted antibody therapies for the treatment of ophthalmic diseases. 
  • Represented New-Indy Containerboard, a joint-venture formed by the Kraft Group and Schwarz Partners, LP, in its acquisition of Shoreline Container. 
  • Represented rental platform Zumper, Inc. in a $60 million Series D round led by 
  • Represented direct-to-consumer luxury shoe brand in connection with its Series B-1 Financing.
  • Represented developer of crowdsourced repository for protocols in connection with its Series A Financing.
  • Represented Entegris (Nasdaq: ENTG), a leader in specialty chemicals and advanced materials solutions for the microelectronics industry, in its acquisition of Sinmat for $75 million.
