Mary Kate Sexton is an associate in the firm's Labor & Employment group. Mary Kate’s practice focuses on representing and advising employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters. In her work, she defends clients against discrimination, harassment and wage and hour lawsuits. She also represents corporations in labor arbitrations and collective bargaining involving unions, and advises employers on personnel policies and employment-related agreements. Mary Kate represents clients in federal and state courts, and before administrative agencies, such as the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
