Stephen Stich is an associate in Foley Hoag’s Litigation Department. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for two years for Justice Peter J. Rubin of the Massachusetts Appeals Court. During law school, he was a member of the Yale Law School Media Freedom and Information Access Clinic, where he successfully advocated for clients in First Amendment and Freedom of Information Act cases, and for which he won the law school award for greatest proficiency in preparing and presenting a case in negotiation, arbitration and litigation.
