Peter Sullivan is a partner in Foley Hoag’s Intellectual Property, Litigation, and International Litigation & Arbitration Departments. He Co-Chairs the firm’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board Practice Group, and he is Co-Managing Administrative Partner in the New York office.
