  • Represented Form Health, a telemedical weight loss company, in its $12 million Series A funding led by M13, with participation from SignalFire and NextView Ventures.
  • Represented Voatz, Inc., a mobile election voting application, in closing its Series A-1 financing, with participation from Apollo Projects, Medici Ventures, Techstars Ventures, Urban Innovation and Wanamaker Portfolio Trust. 
  • Represented the founders of Made4Net, LLC, a New Jersey based provider of Warehouse Management Systems and end-to-end supply chain execution software, and its foreign subsidiaries in the sale of all of their shares to Thompson Street Capital Partners V, L.P.
  • Represented Dogma Therapeutics, a developer of oral PCSK9 inhibitors to treat high cholesterol and cardiovascular disease, in the sale of its oral PCSK9 program to global biopharmaceutical company AstraZeneca for upfront as well as downstream payments linked to global regulatory and commercial milestones.
  • Represented CredSimple, an NCQA certified credentialing and provider data management solution, in its acquisition of Glenridge Health, a technology-enabled provider network management solutions company.
  • Represented BlockFi, Inc., a company that helps cryptocurrency investors manage digital assets and earn cryptocurrency by offering crytocurrency interest accounts, cryptocurrency trading, and cryptocurrency-backed loans, in closing its Series B financing.
  • Represented Protocols.io, a secure platform for developing and sharing reproducible methods, with its Series A Preferred Stock Financing.
  • Represented Endicott Growth Equity Partners, L.P., an investment fund focused exclusively on the information services, data, and analytics sector, in the acquisition of a majority stake and a strategic growth investment in BNamericas.
