Pauline supports companies, local authorities, associations and individuals on all public law issues, in advice and litigation.
She works more particularly in town planning law, local authority law, civil service law, administrative liability law, public domain law, and more generally for all matters relating to administrative authorizations.
She also advises companies in their relations with public authorities.
For eight years from 2012 to 2020, Pauline served as Deputy Mayor of Paris. In this capacity, she was in charge of local democracy, citizen participation, community life and youth, for which she created the participatory budget; organized citizen votes and support for associations, non-governmental organizations and foundations and managed municipal facilities. Pauline was also responsible for the creation of a municipal employment service and was in charge of social and solidarity economy, including support for the development of social entrepreneurship and integration through economic activity. She was also in charge of town planning matters.
Previously Pauline was an associate at a Paris boutique firm specializing in public law, where she had considerable experience with administrative matters such as local authorities law, electoral law, administrative responsibility, public officials law and town planning law.
