Tiana Walden advises entrepreneurs and emerging growth clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including entity formation, founder’s arrangements, angel and venture capital financings, exit strategies and general corporate governance. Her clients include both public and private companies as well as capital investors, primarily in the technology sector.

Prior to joining the firm, Tiana was a corporate and finance associate at a large New York law firm where her practice included a wide range of financial securities transactional matters, as well as corporate governance, fintech, private equity, marketplace lending, and mergers and acquisitions. Tiana also worked as a private equity and asset management associate for a large international law firm, where she advised clients in the formation, structuring and management of private equity funds, credit funds, social impact funds, real estate funds and other investment vehicles.
