Benjamin Weissman focuses on complex commercial disputes. He has represented a broad range of commercial clients in matters ranging from contract and indemnification disputes, patent infringement, internal investigations related to the Anti-Kickback Statute, and major antitrust class action litigation.
From 2016-2017, Benjamin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Cathy Seibel of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
