Morris Zarif represents public and private companies in a broad range of strategic transactions, including formation, mergers, acquisitions, public and private equity, exits and general corporate governance.

Morris’ focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and general corporate governance provide him with a unique ability to advise both public and private companies in all facets of their growth. He advises private companies from their initial formation and their first financings, through their growth phases, whether that be through a merger, acquisition or an initial public offering, and supports them well beyond. Morris advises public companies with respect to securities matters involved in corporate financing transactions (both public offerings and private placements); public mergers and acquisitions; ongoing periodic and current reporting requirements; Section 16 matters; annual and special stockholder meetings; and coordination of responses to any related SEC review. Morris has had experience with clients a wide range of industries including electric vehicles and charging, health and life sciences, cannabis and technology.
