Firm, Attorneys Also Recognized in Additional IFLR1000 Directories
August 24, 2018
Foley Hoag LLP has earned a Tier 1 ranking in the Massachusetts/M&A category in IFLR1000 United States, a new directory by IFLR1000. This ranking recognizes Foley Hoag's position as a leading law firm with exceptional merger and acquisition capabilities.
In addition to Foley Hoag earning Tier 1 status, M&A Practice Group Co-Chair Joe Basile was one of only five lawyers ranked as a "Highly Regarded" M&A practitioner in the Massachusetts/M&A category in this inaugural edition of IFLR1000 United States. This is the first time IFLR1000 is ranking U.S. law firms and lawyers at a state level.
IFLR1000 has previously listed Foley Hoag in its ranking directories, recognizing notable individuals and practice areas. Thomas Draper, who joined the firm on August 1 as Co-Chair of the firm's Debt Finance Practice, has frequently been ranked by IFLR1000 in the Banking category, most recently in 2018. In addition, Foley Hoag was distinguished in the IFLR1000 directory, appearing in the Investment Funds categories for Hedge Funds and Private Equity.
IFLR1000 is the guide to the world’s leading financial and corporate law firms. It produces law firm and lawyer rankings categorized by practice area and jurisdiction. Rankings are based on three key criteria: transactional evidence, peer feedback and client feedback.
