FDA practice co-chair Bryant Godfrey will speak on "Promotional Challenges and Considerations for Rare Disease Treatments," exploring the role of advertising and promotion in engaging with informed consumers and health care providers seeking treatments for rare diseases, while opining on the legal and regulatory challenges industry and sponsors face.
