The London Conference on International Law is a biennial event dedicated to exploring the latest developments in international law, the effectiveness and limitations of existing legal principles and the ability of international law to address contemporary and future challenges.
Partner Clara Brillembourg will speak as part of a panel on the "International Settlement of Disputes," examining the means by which disputes are being brought before international courts and tribunals, and whether the criteria determining access to jurisdiction require revision.
Additionally, Foley Hoag's Professor Pierre d'Argent will moderate a panel discussion on "Accounting for War," discussing the evolution and enforcement of accountability both during and after the end of armed conflict.
