Christina Hioureas, Partner and Co-Chair of the firm's International Litigation & Arbitration Department, will, for a second year, join the Faculty of the 11th edition of the Certificate in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration at Roma Tre University to teach a lecture titled “Independence and Impartiality of Arbitrators: Disclosure, Challenges, Removals."
The Certificate, organized by Roma Tre University School of Law and the Italian Association for Arbitration (AIA), under the auspices of the Roma Tre - UNIDROIT Centre for Transnational Commercial Law and International Arbitration and with the support of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration (CAM), the ICC International Court of Arbitration and ICC Italia, is a renowned program led by world-class academics, in-house counsel and practitioners aimed at providing theoretical and practical insights about international commercial and investment arbitration.
